I found the most perfect jewelry for my wedding here! The necklace and earrings matched beautifully with my ring and dress. The leafy pattern of the jewelry was almost identical to the lace of my dress, like it was meant to be. The staff was very helpful and kind, and I would definitely recommend checking this place out!

I have been bringing my pieces to Max Jewelers for the past few years. The staff is friendly and helpful. I always feel that they truly care about their customers, offering advice and information for me to make an educated purchase. My pieces have always come back looking better than when I brought them in for repairs or resizing. I also really appreciate their communication! I’ve received phone calls with updates, or to ask for approval on repairs/stone replacements in the past. This not only makes me feel comfortable, but shows me that they are transparent and trustworthy with all that they do! the customer service is really exemplary and what I feel sets them apart. 10/10 recommend.

I recently visited Max Jewelry store here in Lakeland and was extremely impressed with their selection and one of a kind selection’s, knowledgeable owner, and overall customer service. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality jewelry and a positive shopping experience. Madi treats you like a family member and for that we are forever customers.

Several things I've taken and bought from this store. And always excellent service. I enjoy the polite conversations with the manager and the nice mature ladies that always have excellent choices and ideas for my next purchase. But on this last occasion they out did themselves. After our move here almost 6yrs ago. My wife and I hadn't taken her weeding ring to be cleaned or serviced. But for Christmas I wanted to do something special. When I arrived the ladies told me "wait to you see it". I almost cried because it looks like the day I purchased it. And I wasn't a fortune to get it back to perfect. Thank you all,so much. And I keep referring friends and colleagues to you all. It the least I can do. GOD BLESS YOU

It was an absolutely amazing experience to work with Madi for an engagement ring and wedding bands. He was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the whole process and you can really tell just how passionate he is and that he truly wants you to be totally happy and satisfied with your purchases. The customer service that he provides is absolutely unmatched and I am so incredibly appreciative for all of his help and insight! For anyone looking for engagement/wedding rings or any other jewelry needs, I give him my utmost highest recommendation and I know for sure that I will continue to use him as our jeweler in the future!

I bought two beautiful necklaces from here and I was so devastated when some of the material fell out. I've had the necklaces for 7 years. When I brought them back to the store, the owner was very professional. He went above and beyond to help me come up with a solution to fix them since it was special material that came overseas. Would definitely recommend for stunning jewelry as well as great support for any customers, new or old!

Very a nice people so far waiting to pick up my jewelry to see what the repair looks like but I am also sitting outside of their store. It’s 1007am and they are still not open but found out from owner family issue but I understand and they are genuine people. Great deals too

My wife and I cannot thank Madi and Kathy enough for their help in surprising my wife with a SCAVENGER HUNT ENGAGEMENT. I took now wife to the store under the guise of checking on the status of the order when Kathy handed my wife an Amazing Race envelope that sent us on a all day scavenger hunt. I cannot thank them enough for making me feel like the husband of the year. They also helped us find the perfect engagement ring and wedding band that had matching styles even though they are not a set. They also helped us keep the cost down even though tariffs were wreaking havoc on the order. I cannot recommend them enough, and I have to my guy friends.
